It’s Meal Plan Monday! I took last week off because we were on vacation (read some really deep encouragement from that trip here) and it is so good to be back to my routine! I really enjoy curating these weekly meal plans, and the recipes we grabbed for this week do not disappoint! Scroll on to see what we are having, and click the pink links for the recipe. Let us know what you are trying right along with us in the comments!
If you haven’t read all of the scoop on this eMeals business, check out my full review before you move on! Worth it 100 times over.
I’m a Caesar salad addict. I’ll admit it. My kids are just used to them at this point. Throw some grilled chicken on top and I am set forever! I am hoping I can convince Michael to grill the chicken on the Blackstone for some extra flavor. If not, I’ll just break out the Indoor/Outdoor grill and get it done!
Pork tenderloin is another family favorite. I love that it’s super healthy, too! That tomato salad?! YUM! I am going to throw in some fresh mozzarella pearls as well, because….why not?!
I am always game for a yummy Cast Iron Skillet meal! This is an easy weeknight dinner option that comes together in minutes.
Side note: Make your own Guacamole SUPER easily with this kit!
It’s pepper season! And I am obsessed with stuffed peppers, so this one jumped out. The recipe calls for frozen peppers and onions, which I usually do have on hand. But during summer when fresh peppers are so easy to grab, I like to slice some up for dishes like this!
The scoop loop makes seeding peppers so quick and easy! If you don’t have one, grab one here!
Friday is our pizza night! Total deep dish girl over here. This is packed with flavor, and it is a dinner that is super easy for Addie to help me make. Win-win!
Mmm….you guys know how I feel about bruschetta. We are using protein pasta to healthy this up a tad, and also making this a meat-free meal which that helps to balance. You could really easily grill up some chicken breasts and throw them on top if you prefer!
Sundays are a bit wild for us. This Easy Chicken Cordon Bleu looks good, and doesn’t require me to spend hours in the kitchen. The Close & Cut makes halving chicken breasts so quick and simple, too. My favorite kitchen hack! You can grab one here.
I hope you are enjoying these weekly meal plans! They are so much fun to pick out for you- and us- and I truly pray it makes your life just a little bit easier.
