So sorry for missing last week you guys! It was a holiday weekend and we focused on family time instead. You ready for your weekly meal plan? It’s so good! A little bit of everything, from healthy recipes to kid-friendly to budget friendly. The variety that eMeals brings to our family is so nice! Almost 6 months of using them and still going strong. If you’re new here, you need to go read THIS POST to see what I’m talkin’ about!
Okay! Scroll on for our lineup this week! As always, click the pink links or the images for the recipe.
Weekends tend to be a little sloppy when it comes to nutrition, so I like to start the week out with a healthier dinner on Mondays to get us back on track. I saw this Cheeseburger and onion ring salad and was mind-blown at the idea. It sounds so good and we are excited to try it! I may get wild and add some bacon crumbles, too. YUM.
Bruschetta is one of my all-time favorite things. Bruchetta pasta is so good and this is an easy weeknight meal! I usually sub in Barilla protein pasta on the occasion that we do pasta meals, just to up the health-factor a bit!
Thursdays are one of our longer days, so the slow cooker meals are usually a big win. I plan to make these in my Ninja Foodi (if you don’t have one, you need it!). French dips are my favorite sandwich, too. Super excited about this!
Rounding out the week with a Sunday casserole. Take me back home to my childhood! My mama is the queen of casseroles (anyone else with a southern mama relate?), so any time I fix one, I feel like I’m right back in her kitchen.
I hope you enjoyed your weekly meal plan as much as I enjoyed making it for you! If you haven’t already, I would absolutely love for you to join our community on Facebook! (Join HERE. I also have an amazing deals and discounts group HERE!). Connecting with you guys and sharing ways to make your life easier is my favorite.
